An electric shock protecting apparatus in a mobile communication terminal is provided to install an insulating member between a keypad FPCB and a front panel of a main body housing, to install the first wiring unit and the first ground unit on the top of the keypad FPCB and to install the second wiring unit and the second ground unit on the bottom of the keypad FPCB, thereby decreasing conduction voltage caused by an coupling phenomenon between the conductive main body housing and the key FPCB. An electric shock protecting apparatus comprises the followings: a keypad FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(54) in which wiring and ground are made; a front panel(300) of a main body housing in which the keypad FPCB(54) is placed; and an insulating member(200) for insulating AC(Alternating Current) coupling between the keypad FPCB(54) and the front panel(300) of the main body housing. The top of the keypad FPCB(54) is far from the front panel(300) of the main body housing, and has the first wiring unit and the first ground unit(52). The bottom of the keypad FPCB(54) is close to the front panel(300) of the main body housing, and has the second wiring unit and the second ground unit(56).
