The part has longitudinal walls delimiting a pour volume. One wall has an extension extending below a plane of a base of the volume. Windows are arranged in the extension, and a series of hooks (11) is positioned above the base. The hooks penetrate in windows of another shuttering part for hooking the parts together, where the two parts delimit another pour volume. The pour volumes extend above each other so as to form pour volumes corresponding to two steps of a staircase.
