A Y-type block installing structure for reinforcing a slope of a road and a block composition are provided to steadily support the structure by strengthening a joint between a lateral block and a vertical block and to activating growth of plants at a lattice space of the block installing structure by preventing soil from being acidified or insects from propagating in a vegetation space and by actively supplying water to the plants. A Y-type block installing structure for reinforcing a slope of a road comprises a base concrete(10) formed at the lowermost part of the slope adjacent to the road; plural lateral blocks(20) arranged on the slope at regular up-down intervals about the base concrete and formed with Y-type outer protrusions(21) on both ends to be connected at left and right sides; and plural vertical blocks(30) vertically arranged between the lateral blocks of the base concrete to maintain lateral intervals and formed with Y-type grooves(31) on both ends to be correspondingly combined with the Y-type outer protrusions connected with the lateral blocks.
