AIR REMOVAL METHOD IN SUPPLY WATER OF BOILER

A method of removing the air during supplement of water in a boiler is provided to prevent malfunction of a solenoid valve due to air bubbles. A method of removing the air during supplement of water in a boiler includes the steps of determining whether a water level in an expansion valve is at a lower level(S1), supplementing water into the expansion valve by operating an automatic water supplement valve when the low level is detected(S2), returning to a normal mode after releasing the low level when the water level is increased to a predetermined level(S3), removing air bubbles by operating a circulation pump for a predetermined time to circulate the water in the boiler(S4), and performing a combustion control(S6).
