DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ACQUIRING REPUTATION INFORMATION, PROGRAM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire reputation information on the basis of word strings included in a designated sentence even when an attribute expression in an attribute expression list is not included in the designated sentence.

SOLUTION: A sentence is divided into words, an evaluated expression is retrieved from among word strings included in the designated sentence by referring to an evaluated expression list in which evaluated expressions as evaluations regarding attributes of designated target objects are listed, by referring to a database for words similarity determination as a memory unit where a word and data for similarity determination related to the word are stored and an attribute expression list, similarity between the word strings included in the designated sentence and attribute expressions in the attribute expression list is calculated, the attribute expression having the highest similarity with the word string included in the designated sentence is acquired, and a set of the acquired attribute expression and the retrieved evaluated expression is acquired as reputation information.
