PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently search documents under management and easily find a desired document.

SOLUTION: A document management apparatus 1 manages files of a plurality of items of electronic data as respective documents, arranges each document in the order of document time based on the update time of each file to manage them through a document management table, converts a variation quantity corresponding to a rotating quantity of an input device into a document moving quantity, and switches images of the documents to display on a display unit in response to the document moving quantity.
