<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feed pump for a liquid chromatograph capable of feeding a liquid stably even in a large flow rate range, and capable of restraining a cost from increasing. <P>SOLUTION: A porous sintered body 36 capable of passing a fluid is provided engagedly in an inside of an outlet flow passage 33 in a just downstream of a ball 31 inside a check valve constituting the liquid feed pump for the liquid chromatograph. The ball 31 abuts to the porous sintered body 36, by this constitution, when the ball 31 is elevated, but the fluid flows through the porous sintered body 36 to feed the liquid stably without blocking the flow passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
