<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test tube for measuring a breathing amount, which is easy to perform segregating and discarding processes and good for the environment, while having a transparent or semi-transparent tube body whose internal state can be made visible easily from outside. <P>SOLUTION: The test tube for measuring the breathing amount has a value of 6.0-30.0 J/m in notch Izod impact strength (in conformity to ASTM-D256), and is equipped with the tube body (1) whose main material is a transparent or semi-transparent polystyrene resin, acrylic resin or polypropylene resin, and whose internal state can be made visible.
