PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-terminal multilayer laminate capacitor capable of securing adhesiveness of a terminal electrode to a ceramic base member, even when the number of lamination is reduced or the thickness of an internal electrode is made thin to ensure high ESR. SOLUTION: Electrode layers 121 to 128 are laminated in the ceramic base member 1 putting a ceramic layer therebetween. The electrode layers 121 to 128 include the internal electrodes A1 to A8 and lead electrodes B1 to B8, respectively. Describing the electrode layer 121, the lead electrode B1 is connected to the internal electrode A1 of the same layer at one end thereof and is derived to a side surface of the ceramic base member 1 at the other end thereof.
