PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device enabling a user to obtain an image with a suitable composition, and a photographing system provided with the same. SOLUTION: A transmission part 102 for transmitting display information toward a spot area 10221 is provided to a photographing controller 10. The display information transmitted from the transmission part 102 is received with a receiver 111 of the photographing device 11. The display information is displayed by superposing it on an image of an exhibit A100 captured by the photographing device 11. If a release button 11a is depressed at that moment, image data showing the image composed of the exhibit and the display information of the exhibit can be recorded on a recording medium.
