PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which provides a user with the voices of a television set to hear, when the user views still images in a television set that is capable of reproducing images of a digital camera etc. SOLUTION: The system is constituted of a photo-viewer 103 which outputs images as image signals, a tuner 105, video/voice signal circuits 107 to 110, a microcontroller 102 which controls the circuits 107 to 110, a speaker 111 which outputs voices, and a display 112 which outputs video images. By a request made through a user input means, the microcontroller 102 controls the voice signal selecting circuit so as to make it select a voice source requested through the tuner 105 or an external voice input 113.
