PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a height of a high frequency component module on which a vibrator, etc. requiring a cavity is mounted. SOLUTION: As for the vibrator, etc. requiring the cavity, a part of a thickness of a multilayered ceramic board is utilized and the vibrator is housed therein. Further, a comb-like electrode is formed on a bottom surface of the cavity, and is operated as a SAW filter by utilizing a piezoelectric effect involved in the cavity itself.
