PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner with a combination of a desiccant air-conditioner and a refrigerating device using a refrigerating cycle with a compressor for cooling a room, suppressing the degradation of energy efficiency. SOLUTION: The air-compressor 200 comprises the desiccant air-conditioner 220 and the refrigerating device 210 using the general refrigerating cycle for cooling the room. The refrigerating device 210 has an auxiliary heat exchanger 17 between the outlet side of a heater 12 and the inlet side of an expansion valve 14.
