PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based dispersion-slurry coating in which fine particles are stably dispersed and excellent in water resistance of cured coated film after baking. SOLUTION: The water-based dispersion-slurry coating contains the fine particles (A) comprising a resin (a1) having active hydrogen atoms and a reactive surfactant (B) having a block isocyanate group, an epoxy group and one or more species of groups selected from a group consisting of amino groups and hydroxyl group. The reactive surfactant (B) contains a reactive surfactant (BL) having 4000-500000 number average molecular weight and a reactive surfactant (Bs) having 500-3000 number average molecular weight.
