PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosetting resin composition capable of providing a photosetting sheet having good design property, excellent in abrasion resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance, having good adhesion between a layer of the photosetting resin composition and a substrate sheet and good appearance of the surface, free from surface tackiness and excellent in processability and storage stability and a photosetting sheet using the composition and to provide a method for producing a molded article by using the sheet. SOLUTION: The photosetting resin composition comprises (a-1) a thermoplastic resin having a photopolymerizable functional group, (a-2) a photopolymerization initiator and (a-3) inorganic fine particles. The photosetting resin composition is obtained by previously carrying out hydrolytic condensation reaction of a monomer of a radically polymerizable silane compound (s-1) or its hydrolyzate with a monomer of non-radically polymerizable silane compound (s-2) or its hydrolyzate in the presence of the inorganic fine particles (a-3).
