PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreader composition having effects for improving wettability of a spraying liquid, i.e. the effects for reducing the surface tension and the contact angle of the spraying liquid, further having effects for reducing the formation of foam in the spraying liquid, and exhibiting these effects even if diluted so as to have a low concentration of high dilution compared to that of a conventional spreader composition. SOLUTION: The spreader composition contains one or more kinds of surfactants as essential components, one or more kinds of water-soluble organic solvents having≥70°C flash point, and one or more kinds of antifoaming agents or foam breakers. The content of each composition component is preferably regulated so that the surfactant may be 10-70 mass%, the water-soluble organic solvent may be 10-90 mass% and the antifoaming agents or the foam breakers may be 1-20 mass%.
