PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part carrying device capable of smoothly carrying parts. SOLUTION: A base part 301, a piezoelectric type vibration part 302, a counter weight 303, a vibration transmission part 304 and a carrying path 305 are arranged in an order from the lowest side of a linear type parts feeder 300. A straight line L10 connecting the barycentric position of the piezoelectric vibration part 302, the barycentric position of the vibration transmission part 304 and the barycentric position of the counter weight 303 is arranged in sequence nearly in parallel with a carrying angleα10 with respect to the parts.
