PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a relatively inexpensive powder input device hardly causing blockage of powder, stably continuously operable and allowing an input amount and an input speed to be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: This powder input device 10 includes: a storage tank 6 for storing the powder; a rotating body 1 positioned in the storage tank 6 and having one or more recessed parts 7 sequentially filled with the stored powder 4; and a motor 8 for rotatably driving the rotating body 1. The powder 4 filled in the recessed parts 7 is provided by being dropped downward from a powder input port 2 by every predetermined amount basis with the rotation of the rotating body 1.
