PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance the independence of each driven roller while maintaining integrity of a driven roller holder. SOLUTION: A paper guide upper 24 which is brought into contact with a rotating drive roller to hold a drive-turned driven roller comprises a body part 24b to hold the driven roller, and an oscillating shaft 24a to form an oscillation supporting point for oscillation around the axis parallel to a turning shaft of the driven roller. The plurality of body parts 24b are connected to each other by a twistable connection shaft 24d which is parallel to the turning shaft of the driven roller with the axis thereof being matched with the oscillating shaft 24a, and each body part 24d is independently oscillated thereby.
