PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-type disk storage case which is composed of a lower lid being also used as a disk tray and a transparent upper lid connected to the lower lid via a hinge part openably and closably and is equipped with a protrusion as an index card stopper on the back of the upper lid and in which an index card having a back label part can be inserted. SOLUTION: A groove G corresponding to the protrusion 17 is formed at an area close to the back label part 30c of the main label part 30a of the index card 30 which is provided with the main label part 30a inserted in the inner side of the upper lid 11 and the back label part 30c being folded at an almost right angle along the inner surface of a back plate 13 from one end of the main label part 30a.
