PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and a manufacturing method therefor, which is capable of preventing degradation of uniformity by exhausting decomposed gas generated during decomposing an adhesive sealant layer in a short time, and which includes the adhesive sealant layer inside a tread portion. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire and the manufacturing method therefor, the adhesive sealant layer 5 formed by decomposing a rubber composition by peroxide is arranged inside an inner liner layer 4 in a tread section 1, inside of the adhesive sealant layer 5 is covered with a cover rubber layer 6, vent holes 7a, 7b are formed in the cover rubber layer 6 in the tire after vulcanization, and the decomposed gas generated from the adhesive sealant layer 5 is exhausted from the vent holes 7a, 7b to the inner surface side of the tire.
