PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the number of harnesses inserted into a hollow shaft is increased when a mirror side electric equipment is increased. SOLUTION: The harness is divided to a vehicle body side harness 5 and a mirror side harness 6, one of the vehicle body side harnesses 5 is inserted into the shaft 2 and is wired at the outside of an electric storage unit 4 and the other of the vehicle body side harnesses 5 is connected to a vehicle body side electric equipment. One of the mirror side harnesses 6 is connected to the mirror side electric equipment and the other of the mirror side harnesses 6 and one of the vehicle body side harnesses 5 are connected to a wire distribution substrate 7 arranged in the electric storage unit 4. As a result, the number of harnesses inserted into the hollow shaft 2 are three of the vehicle body side harness 5, that is, a power source harness 50, an earth harness 51 and a signal harness 52.
