PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the difference between an actual vehicle height and a target vehicle height due to overshoot in a vehicle height adjustment. SOLUTION: When the actual vehicle height H* becomes smaller than the down side end threshold value HDE determined with respect to the target vehicle height Href, the target vehicle height EHref corresponding to the overshoot is determined based on the loading mass when the vehicle height adjustment is ended. When the loading mass is large, the target vehicle height EHref corresponding to the overshoot is a larger value than that when it is small. When the actual vehicle height H* becomes smaller than the down side end threshold value EHDE corresponding to the overshoot, the vehicle height adjustment is ended.
