PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining device of a seat which prevents a reduction in the strength at a mounting part by reliably fixing a reclining mechanism, a fixed bracket, and a movable bracket without affecting the reclining mechanism thermally and adversely and without having a gap. SOLUTION: In the reclining device 10 of the seat which is constituted by mounting the movable bracket 12 and the fixed bracket 11 on the reclining mechanism 13, a plurality of sleeves 8 having a collar part 8a fixed to the reclining mechanism 13 are provided by penetrating through the reclining mechanism 13 and the movable bracket 12 (and at least either the reclining mechanism 13 or the fixed bracket 11), and the movable bracket 12 (and at least either the movable bracket 12 or fixed bracket) is mounted on the reclining mechanism 13 with a buckled swelling part 8c formed on the other end of each sleeve 8 and the collar part 8a provided at one end.
