PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for a fastening member of an inner ring for a glove box and a glove, capable of easily cutting an O-ring to which the glove is attached and which is firmly tightened for securing the air-tightness but which has to be detached from the glove for separating the glove from the inner ring. SOLUTION: A receiving lever 21 with a support base 21a and a cutting lever 22 with a blade part 22b are connected with a support pin 23 in such a way as oscillatable to each other. The O-ring 13 is cut by oscillating the cutting lever 22 and pressing the blade part 22b on the O-ring 13 with the support base 21a inserted into the inner ring 11.
