PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for facilitating easy and hardly detachable mounting of a stopper to hold a heater box of an electric fryer at an erected rotation position. SOLUTION: An end part 10a of the stopper 10 is inserted into a through hole 25 on a heater box side surface part 1a, and an anti-loosening implement 12 is attached to a groove 11. After that, a fixed plate 21 is fixed to the heater box side surface part 1a in such a way as to cover the anti-loosening implement 12. As the stopper 10 is attached/detached outside the heater box 1, the attaching/detaching work can be easily performed. Furthermore, as the anti-loosening implement 12 is pressed by the fixed plate 21, it is not necessary to increase the strength of the heater box 1 itself. Even if the stopper end 10a is detached from the anti-loosening implement 12, the anti-loosening implement 12 does not fall down into an oil tank 4. A cap member 27 is fastened to the through hole 25 from inside of the heater box 1, so that penetration of oil is securely prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
