A highly reliable solar cell module having a light receiving surface on which contamination is hard to occur even if it is used for a long period since a liquid is hard to accumulate thereon and a solar cell array. The solar cell module comprises a solar cell panel (P) formed by disposing cell elements between a light receiving side member and a rear surface side member and a module frame member (W1) fixed to the solar cell panel (P) so as to surround the solar cell panel (P) in the contact state of the inner peripheral part thereof on the outer peripheral part of the light receiving surface side member. The module frame member (W1) comprises cutout grooves (27) extending from the inner periphery to the outer periphery thereof in plan view from the light receiving surface side member and having end parts (5) on the outer surface of the frame member. The cutout grooves (27) comprise, on the inner peripheral sides of the end parts (5), restriction parts (4) with minimum opening widths.
