The method involves turbo-decoding of the iterative data and has two partial decoding per iteration. This involves several first log-liklihood-ratio-values (L a i>(k)) of an apriori-information or an interrelated value with the apriori information. Several second log-likelihood-ratio-values (L e i>(k)) of external information or an interrelated value with the extrinsic information for one of two partial decoding. The first and the second value belong to the same systematic bits of the received data. Terminate the turbo-decoding if the value of the decisive value indicates that the number of the sign variations is smaller or alternatively equal to the first number. The number of the sign variations is more largely or alternatively equal to the second number. The second number is larger than the first number. Independent claims also included for the following: (A) Device for scheduling turbo-decoding; and (B) Turbo-decoding method.
