A method (M1) for fixing functional components (14) (loud-speakers, handles, control units, locks etc.) on car body parts by (1.1) making a base part (10), (1.2) injecting plastic (11) onto the base (10) so that it is positively anchored by penetrating into spaces and/or enclosing parts of (10) to form a supporting structure (12) with at least one space (13) for a component (14) and then (1.3) inserting (14) into (13), in which (1.4) the component (14) is fixed to (12) by a snap connection. Independent claims are included for (1) a method (M2) for making an air duct (1) in a car body part by (9.1, 9.2) carrying out stages 1.1 and 1.2 as in M1, (9.3) forming at least part of the peripheral surface of the air duct from the plastic (11) and (9.4) connecting that part with another part of the injected plastic (11) and/or the interior panelling of a vehicle (6) to form a complete peripheral surface and thus produce a closed air duct with inlet and outlet openings (2, 3, 4) (2) a method (M3) for making a cable interchange on a car door or boot lid by (13.1 and 13.2) carrying out stages (1.1 and 1.2 as in M1) so that (13.3) a plastic projection (20) is formed on the side edge of the door of flap to form a cable conduit (21) .
