<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous-type cooking device enabling reduction of cooking oil-exchange frequency, and enabling finished dish to have crunching palate feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The continuous-type cooking device 1 is provided with a first cooking means 3 where cooking oil stored in an oil tank 2 is utilized to cook food material (A) in the oil tank 2; a second cooking means 11 where far-infrared rays from a far-infrared ray heater 12 is utilized to cook the food material (A) in a heating chamber 10; and a transferring means 16 where the food material (A) is transferred so as to make the food material (A) pass through the inside of the oil tank 2 and the inside of the heating chamber 10 in sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
