<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system with a stack structure for a fuel cell improved. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system includes at least one ore more electric generation parts 11 generating electric energy, a first power collecting plate 24 and a second power collecting plate 22 arranged adhesively to the outermost electric generation parts 11 respectively to impress and adhere the plurality of electric generation parts 11 arranged consecutively, collecting electricity generated from the electric generation parts 11 and equipped with different polarities respectively, a plurality of fixing members to fix the first power collecting plate 24 and the second power collecting plate 22 to keep airtight and welding pressure of the electric generation parts 11, and a terminal member to electrically connect to the first power collecting plate 24 or the second power collecting plate 22 and to insulate the second power collecting plate 22 or the first power collecting plate 24.
