<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell, having simple and economical structure surely preventing a gas flow passage from excessive water flowing into it. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell 10 is provided with a first and a second metal separators 14, 16 interposing an electrolyte film/electrode assembly 12. The first metal separator 14 has a supply part 38 for supplying oxidant gas between an oxidant gas inlet communication hole 30a and an oxidant gas flow passage 36, and an exhausting part 40 for exhausting used oxidant gas is arranged between an oxidant gas outlet communication hole 30b and the oxidant gas flow passage 36. In order to increase the migration resistance of water drop, water-repellent properties of the supplying part 38 and the exhausting part 40 is made higher than that at the surface of the oxidant gas flow passage 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
