摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly provide a picture having an optically variable region and a tactile region around the optically variable region. <P>SOLUTION: A non-spherical body located on a transparent carrier, and optical pigment flakes (40) which can be aligned by a magnetic action are applied on a board, and by applying a magnetic field to the board, an alignment is performed by this method. The method and a picture which is manufactured by the method are provided. The pigment flakes (40) are aligned along the line of a magnetic force, and a tool for pressing or engraving flakes (46) is applied to a subsidiary region of the board in order to realign the flakes (46) or to remove the flakes from a desired region. For example, the engraving tool can be used for engraving a signature or other marks on the aligned flakes (40) by the magnetic action.
