<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room entrance/exit managing system which can store new personal control data in a file of a controller without hindering room entrance/exit management. <P>SOLUTION: According to the room entrance/exit managing system, the controller 3 is connected to a server via a communication network and controls locking/unlocking of a door which is under management by itself. The server holds personal control data of all the users, inclusive of using qualifications of the users, in relation to a plurality of doors. When the new personal control data is stored in the qualification file 14 of the controller 3, if a file management section 8 determines that no storage area is vacant, the personal control data of the user who has entered the room at a lowest frequency, is deleted from the qualification file 14, based on a using record stored in a record file 15, and the new personal control data is stored in the qualification file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
