PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture which can be compact when a balloon is deflated if it is not used, while realizing regulation of a posture change of a balloon support when the balloon is inflated. SOLUTION: A lighting fixture is composed of a balloon 8 which is translucent and capable of inflating and deflating on a support 3, a light source bulb 9 contained inside the balloon, both of them designed to be fixable on the support, and an air supply means 33 capable of supplying inflating air to the balloon. A regulator frame 12 regulating a posture change of the support for an inflated balloon from its outer side is arranged around the light source bulb almost alongside the downward and outer side of the inflated balloon.
