PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated capacitor capable of easily and precisely control equivalent series resistance, and to provide a method for adjusting the equivalent series resistance of the laminated capacitor. SOLUTION: A laminate 1 is composed by alternately laminating a plurality of dielectric layers and first internal electrodes 41-44 and second ones 61-64. The first internal electrodes 41-44 are electrically connected via a first connection conductor 7 one another. The first internal electrode 41 is electrically connected to a first terminal electrode 3 via a leading conductors 53. The second internal electrodes 61-64 are mutually and electrically connected via a second connection conductor 9.
