PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a terminal board and to prevent cutting off of a coil winding. SOLUTION: A stepping motor includes a stator core 31, a drive coil attached to the stator core 31, and the terminal board 35 in which a plurality of terminal pins 36 are provided around which terminals 33a of the winding of the drive coil 33 are wound, wherein an engagement portion 35a of the terminal board 35 engages with an engagement portion 31a of the stator core 31, and a gap 41 is provided between the terminal board 35 and the drive coil 33. Moreover, a stepped portion is formed around the terminals pins 36 at the terminal board 35 to prevent disconnection of the winding in connecting with an outside, and the winding is wound around the terminal pins 36 trailing along the stepped portion.
