PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for locating a pair of electric wiring or a pair of electrodes which is excellent in the ability against current leakage without providing a treatment, such as surface covering. SOLUTION: A pair of electric wiring or a pair of electrodes is used within the range where the voltage difference (Vh) is 2 V to 800 V between the electric wiring or electrodes, is applied to higher voltage, and is composed of an aluminum-based alloy.
