PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce important information as much as possible to the address book of an import destination so as to be easily obtained by a user at the time of importing the address information of a certain address book to another address book. SOLUTION: At the time of importing the address information including a plurality of items from a first address book 200 having the configuration of discriminating and storing the plurality of items to a second address book 114 having the configuration of collectively storing the plurality of items into one item, this address information converter 100 prepares the data of one item of the second address book 114 so as to preferentially include the data of the item of high importance on the basis of the importance and usual notation order of the plurality of items and so as not to change the usual notation order.
