PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining device capable of performing drainage in a shortest time when fluids in hot water storing tanks connected in series are simultaneously drained by one draining valve. SOLUTION: As the other end of a drain pipe of the first hot water storing tank, the other end of a drain pipe of the second hot water storing tank and one end of a common drain pipe are respectively connected with connection openings of a draining valve composed of a valve main body having the connection openings in three ways, and a valve element defining a water passing portion inside, and rotated in the valve main body, a water passing portion of the valve element has equal inner diameters at its water passing parts at draining pipe side of the first hot water storing tank and common draining pipe side, and an inner diameter of a water passing part at a draining pipe side of the second hot water storing tank is smaller, suction force B for drawing in the tip direction of the common draining pipe 118 by head difference between the draining valve 1 and a tip of the common draining pipe 118 in draining operation, is constantly stronger than suction force C drawing in the internal direction of the hot water storing tank 102 from connection piping 103, the fluid in the second hot water storing tank can be smoothly drained, and the total time necessary for completing drainage can be shortened to the minimum.
