PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection controller for an engine capable of switching control by a speed-density method and control by a throttle-speed method smoothly without causing abrupt fluctuation of torque in the engine. SOLUTION: An injection time deciding part 2A is provided with an injection time computing means 201 for computing injection time Ti1 for inferring amount of suction air and making an air-fuel ratio proper by the speed-density method, an injection time computing means 202 for computing injection time Ti2 for inferring amount of suction air and making an air-fuel ratio proper by the throttle-speed method, an addition ratio deciding means 203 for deciding addition ratio of the injection time Ti1 and the injection time Ti2 for throttle opening and rotational speed of the engine, and an actual injection time computing means 204 for computing actual injection time at each injection timing by adding the injection time Ti1 and the injection time Ti2 by the decided addition ratio.
