PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal sheet pile for cutting of a tunnel excavator for easily passing an earth retaining wall by cutting by a cutter bit of the tunnel excavator. SOLUTION: The horizontal sheet pile 11 for cutting is installed between support columns when excavating so as to expose a side surface of the support column (a cutting support column 12, and H shape steel 13) driven at an interval in the ground. The horizontal sheet pile 11 for cutting is formed of a material cuttable by the cutter bit of the tunnel excavator 4, and is fixed to the support columns 12 and 13 by a connecting means (a bolt part 18, and a welding part 20).
