PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition which retains the transparency inherent in a polyethylene terephthalate and is excellent in heat resistance and thermoformability from the sheet form. SOLUTION: The resin composition is a blend of a polyester resin and a polycarbonate resin at a blend ratio of the polyester resin to the polycarbonate resin of 60-40/40-60. The polyester resin is a mixture of (A) a polyethylene terephthalate and (B) a polyester constituted of a dicarboxylic acid component composed of terephthalic acid and a diol component composed of 50-60 mole% of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and 50-40 mole% of ethylene glycol.
