PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deposition of filler or the like on a feeding means, and to eliminate slip by selecting a material of a member abutted on a material of the feeding means so as to be a material in which the triboelectric series are easily charged to be positive, and charging the surface of the feeding means to be negative. SOLUTION: A charging member 60 is pressed against a surface of a sheet feeding member 4 by a spring 61. A material of the charging member 60 includes a resin containing glass fibers. Triboelectric series are on the positive side with respect to a rubber material of the sheet feeding member 4. When the sheet is fed, the sheet feeding member 4 and the charging member 60 cause the friction to charge the surface of the sheet feeding member 4 to be negative.
