METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRESSED PARTS, PRESSED PARTS AND MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of pressed parts by which slit grooves are formed in high density on a metallic sheet. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the pressed parts comprises an extruding stage and a pushing-back stage. In the extruding stage, an extruded part P1 projected toward the extruding direction is formed on the metallic sheet P by applying press working to the metallic sheet P in the extruding direction along the thickness direction with an extruding punch 32. In the pushing-back stage, slit grooves SL are formed between the extruded part P1 and a part P2 to be extruded by returning the extruded part P1 to the original position by applying a press working in the opposite direction of the extruding direction to the extruded part P1. The extruding punch 32 has an inclined edge part 32a on the side of the punch so that the extruding punch 32 is tapered toward the extruding direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
