PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport container for an inner box for a refrigerator, by which even a pre-processed inner box can be transported in a satisfactory condition without being deformed. SOLUTION: The transport container 50 for an inner box includes a packing box 10 covering the sides and bottom of the pre-processed inner box 1, and support members 30 disposed so as to abut on the back faces of peripheral edge flanges 1a of the inner box 1 with its front opening facing up such that the back face of the inner box 1 is separated from the bottom 12 of the packing box 10. Since the inner box 1 is supported or placed by the peripheral edge flanges 1a that are comparatively strong, deformation of the rear face, etc., of the inner box 1, which are not sufficiently strong, can be prevented.
