PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigarette package with a cigarette butt container stored therein without adversely affecting the aroma of a filter cigarette, and its manufacturing machine. SOLUTION: The cigarette package is equipped with an inner pack 10 to package a bundle of the filter cigarettes FC with an inner packaging material 12, a tongue-lid type inner box 8 having aroma blocking property to store the inner pack 10, a hinge-lid type outer box 2 to store the inner box 8, and a sheet-like cigarette butt container 34 which is stored in a storing space 32 ensured between the outer box 2 and the inner box 8 in a single or stacked manner.
