PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide childcare instrument automatically having buckle height suitable for a form when a seat is made to be a bed-shaped form, and also automatically having buckle height suitable for the form when the seat is made to be a chair-shaped form. SOLUTION: A crotch belt 14 passing a seat portion 11 is fixed to a fixing member 13 at a lower end, and includes the buckle 15 at an upper end. When a backrest portion 12 is reclined from a standing state to a rear tilting state close to horizontal, the seat portion 11 interlocks and move forward on the fixing member 13. With forward movement of the seat portion 11, the projecting length of the crotch belt 14 fixed to the fixing member 13 at the lower end is decreased, and the buckle 15 is positioned at relatively low and front side.
