PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet pump mounting structure for small boat that can be mounted in a substantial horizontal attitude and facilitate its manufacturing. SOLUTION: A jet pump mounting structure 20 for a small boat is set such that the front surface 28a of a thrust plate 28 is fixed to the rear surface 26a of a front wall part 26 of a pump chamber 16, a jet pump 17 is fixed to the rear surface 28b of the thrust plate 28 and the jet pump 17 is arranged in the pump chamber 16. This jet pump mounting structure 20 is formed to have the front wall part 26 in an ascending gradient toward the rear part of a hull, the front surface 28a of the thrust plate 28 formed to be in parallel with the front wall part 26 and further the rear surface 28b of the thrust plate 28 formed in parallel with a plane crossing at a right angle with an axis 17a of the jet pump 17.
