PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner capable of certainly sealing a part of an evaporator side surface, and preventing air from leaking through a periphery of the evaporator. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner comprises a thermal insulator 8 provided on a side surface of the evaporator 2, and a receiving wall 9 provided in a case storing the evaporator 2 and abutting on a projecting part 8a of the thermal insulator 8, and a pressing wall 10 provided on a cover 5 covering the opening of the case and clipping the thermal insulator 9 with the receiving wall 9. Therefore, the thermal insulator 8 is disposed on the side surface of the evaporator 2, and the evaporator 2 is stored in the case to make the receiving wall 9 abut on the projecting part 8a of the thermal insulator 8. Then, by attaching the cover 5 to the opening of the case, the projecting part 8a of the thermal insulator 8 is clipped between the pressing wall 10 and the receiving wall 9, and the other part of the thermal insulator 8 is clipped between the pressing wall 10 and a side surface of the evaporator 2.
